Maison Bignalet is a family story, a hundred-year-old passion and a heritage of craftsmanship. Butchers for 4 generations, the House was awarded the Mercure d'Or in 2017 for its dynamism in rural areas, and has been able to be included in the biggest guides (Lonely Planet, Le guide tourisme des Landes, etc…).
All our preserves are handcrafted in our workshop in Bellocq according to our family recipes. Our team selects the most noble products from the best producers of Chalosse and Sud Adour to guarantee the ideal quality of the products. You will find in our range of preserves the whole range of products of the South-West's gastronomy: foie-gras, confits, pâtés and ready meals.
Come and discover the Chalossaise and Landes specialties which have made the reputation of our House in one of our five shops in Orthez, Habas, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, Pouillon and Mugron.
